Wallace Bishop reserves the right to amend the benefits of the Gold Card Club from time to time as the company sees fit. Any rewards, benefits or offers as a part of the Gold Card Club may include other terms and conditions including expiry dates and redemption conditions. Only Gold Card Club members who receive communications about benefits are eligible to redeem them.
How often will I receive Gold Card Club communications and offers?
Wallace Bishop endeavors to send out email weekly communications regarding current offers, Gold Card Club benefits and jewellery education. The frequency and timing of these communications may vary.
Why am I not receiving any Gold Card Club emails or Wallace Bishop communications?
Your email address may have been entered incorrectly in our system, or you may have un-subscribed from our email communication. If you are unable to log in to view and update your details and you are still not receiving communications from us, you can put your new contact details into our online general customer enquiry form here , and we will update them for you. I am already a Wallace Bishop customer, do I need to join?
As an existing customer or email subscriber there is no need to join – you are already eligible for Gold Card benefits and offers.
Can I be a Gold Card Club member without receiving any email communications?
Technically, yes. However, all our offers and benefits are communicated by email. This includes your exclusive pricing and invitations to VIP events. So it is likely that you could miss out. You can unsubscribe at the bottom of any email communication from Wallace Bishop by hitting the ‘unsubscribe from this list’ button.
Is there an actual ‘Gold Card’?
Wallace Bishop is always striving to reduce its carbon footprint, so even though our rewards program is called “Gold Card Club” as an homage to our previous and very popular loyalty program, there are no physical cards. All records are kept electronically to reduce waste and our carbon footprint.
1. The Wallace Bishop Gold Card Club Loyalty Program (Gold Card Club) is offered by Wallace Bishop Pty Ltd [A.B.N. 33 009 665 212] (“Wallace Bishop”) to all customers.
2. Participation in the Gold Card Club is available to all Australian residents. Opting in to the program is automatic upon:
- The creation of a customer profile by providing personal information for the Wallace Bishop database in one of our Wallace Bishop stores.
- By making an online account at https://wallacebishop.com.au/ when making an online purchase or by subscribing to receive email communications from Wallace Bishop.
