GemEx Diamonds Light Performance® Certificate is the only certificate to quantify and qualify a diamond's beauty. The GemEx certification is a live digital report that assesses a diamond's qualities in real-life lighting conditions. This metric is divided into three categories: brilliance, fire, and sparkle. The IGI Certificate details a diamond's grading (using the 4C's). The IGI certification grading details are also included in the GemEx live report. The IGI and GemEx specifics for your unique Amāre diamond are available on the GemEx live digital report.

GemEx certifications document characteristics and specifications of a diamond in the categories Brilliance, Fire, and Sparkle.

Brilliance: Measures the percentage of bright, white light being returned to the observer.

Fire: Measures the percentage of bright, coloured light being returned to the
observer.

Sparkle: Measures the number of light points being returned to the observer, and how they change as the light moves.

Wallace Bishop specialises in valuations for insurance replacement. The value stated
represents what it would cost to replace an equivalent article in the event of loss or burglary, either new from Wallace Bishop or a similar article in the second hand/ vintage/antique marketplace if available.

We do offer engraving services—laser engraving at an additional cost. The setup cost is $40.00 for the first 5-letters plus $3.00 per extra letter—crest engraving, including digitizing, is $350.00. We also offer hand-engraving – the setup fee is $85.00 for the first 5-letters plus $7.00 per additional letter. Visit your local Wallace Bishop to organize your engraving service. Once your piece has been engraved, it cannot be returned under our 21-day change of mind policy. However, if for any reason your jewellery is faulty it may be returned according to our terms and conditions.
