You can track your online order after you have received your Shipping Confirmation email or within the Shop app. If you haven't received your Shipping Confirmation email, don't stress! We are working hard behind the scenes to get your order posted to you as quickly and safely as possible.
You can return items from your order within 21 days for change of mind (excludes earrings). We offer a convenient Returns Portal where you can submit your return.
