Submit an Online Return
Step 1
Ensure the item you wish to return meets the eligibility criteria outlined in our return policy.
Step 2
Click the account icon in the top right corner of your screen and log in using the email address you used to place your order.
Step 3
Select the order you wish to return and provide your reason for return to submit your request.
Step 4
Our team will review your request and respond within 1–3 business days.
Please note, this returns portal is used for online orders only through the Wallace Bishop website. If you are seeking a return for a product purchased in store, you will need to visit your nearest store or contact our customer service team at: customerservice@wallacebishop.com.au
